  • An initial call designed to understand and discuss your unique health goals deeply. This is a prime opportunity for you to gain insight into my personalised approach, how it can cater to your specific needs, and the subsequent steps we can take together.

  • This comprehensive exploration of your health, diet, and lifestyle aims to gain a holistic understanding of your body. This will enable me to craft you a personalised Protocol. You can complete it at your own pace, ensuring it fits seamlessly into your schedule. 

  • Our first 1-hour session will discuss your health goals in greater detail, and I'll ask any required follow-up questions from your health questionnaire. Here, I'll talk you through each body system concerning your family health, healthy history and current eating habits. We'll also discuss potential NHS or functional tests you may benefit from and review your initial Protocol so you can ask any burning questions

  • These 30-minute sessions help us review your progress and continue to refine your Nutrition Protocol. In doing so, we can continuously adapt to internal and external circumstances to fully optimise your health sustainably and enjoyably.

If you want to kick-start your journey towards better health, there is no better starting point.

After filling out a health questionnaire and food diary, we'll have an initial 30-minute consultation to discuss your health goals and diet and look at how I can best support your journey. Following this session, I'll share your Nutrition Protocol, which includes a personalised diet with lifestyle and supplement recommendations. 

During our 30-minute follow-up session, we'll discuss your progress and make necessary adjustments to your Nutrition Protocol. This will help you consistently hit your goals on your own. 

FOUNDATIONS

The Foundation Package provides additional support and guidance for those looking to achieve their goals. 

With the extra time in our initial consultation, we can discuss each body system regarding your family health, healthy history, and current eating habits. We'll also discuss potential NHS or functional tests you may benefit from. Lastly we’ll review your initial Protocol together including more detailed nutrition lifestyle and supplement recommendations.  

Over the following months, our three 30-minute follow-up sessions will provide ample time to review your progress and further refine your Nutrition Protocol. We can space these sessions out to fit your schedule, with options to add more sessions if you feel they're necessary.

COMPREHENSIVE

  • 1-hour initial consultation

  • 5 x 30-minute follow-up sessions

The comprehensive package offers the same resources as the Foundation Package. However, you now have access to two additional sessions for a total of five. 

Having additional follow-up sessions grants us more time to implement the steps that will allow you to achieve the life-changing change you're looking for. Additionally, I also offer 30-minute follow-up calls where needed, as I'm well aware our needs evolve as we progress through life. As new challenges arise, know that I am by your side to support you, regardless of how far in the future it may be. 

You can also upgrade from the Foundations package if you feel you need more support.
