My diet was also hugely linked to my exercise regime and with a baby on the way I knew this was going to be difficult maintain. Since working with Laura, I’ve had a complete mindset change about how I look at food, focussing on what’s going in rather than what’s not. I’ve picked up loads of simple changes I can make that are sustainable because they are enjoyable and don’t feel like I’m missing out. If anything I’m actually eating more! This has helped me lose 6kgs and 3% body fat in 3 months.

I’ve learned so much about food, and having Laura on hand to answer questions was really good when I wanted to know what the difference was between 2 variations on seemingly the same thing e.g. 0% Greek yoghurt vs 5% Greek yoghurt!
