I’m a Qualified Nutritional Therapist and my mission is to support you to take charge of your health through nutrition.
I’m passionate about nutrition and the impact it has on transforming our lives. I have had my fair share of struggles when it comes to eating well due to; my PCOS diagnosis while competing at UK-level athletics, trying to fuel sustainably while studying at Cambridge University and during my career in investment banking and strategy consulting.
I’m all about empowering you to implement evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle strategies that are unique, personalised to you and your body’s needs, and won’t cost the earth.
